Windows 11 SmartScreen may appear. Click More info → Run anyway. The installer is signed by The Document Foundation.

Yes. LibreOffice 26.2.2 is fully compatible with Windows 11, including ARM64 versions of Windows 11. Installation and usage is identical to Windows 10. The main differences are Windows 11's stricter SmartScreen and slightly different default apps settings.
LibreOffice not opening Windows 11 after update
Windows 11 updates can corrupt the LibreOffice user profile. Fix: close LibreOffice, rename %APPDATA%\LibreOffice to LibreOffice-backup, then relaunch. LibreOffice recreates the profile with defaults. Your documents are not affected.
